GOD'S LOVE

"May the peace of the one who emptied Himself and rose up by winning victory over evil and death,be with you all."

"The word was the source of life, and this life brought light to mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has never put it out. God sent his messenger, a man named John, who came to tell people about the light, so that all should hear the message and believe. He himself was not the light; he came to tell the about the light- the light that comes into the world and shines on all mankind." (John 1:4-9)

Jesus, the son of God, by serving each one of us,humbled himself and walked the path of obedience all the way to death, his life on the cross as a sacrifice and fulfilled the plan for the salvation of mankind. His glorious love is described in the Holy Scriptures.

"Love is patient and kind; it is not jealous or conceited or proud; love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;love does not keep a record of wrongs; love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail. Love is eternal. There are inspired messages, but they are temporary; there are gifts of speaking in strange tongues, but they will cease;there is knowledge but it will pass." (1 Cor 13: 4-8).

These qualities of love were filled in the love of Jesus Christ. It was the same glorious love that Lord Jesus shared with his disciples. It was this unity in love that was reflected in the early church.

It was this Sacred Love that made Jesus, humble and walk the path of obedience. The life of Jesus is an example of humbleness and selflessness. A new hope in your life will be instilled if you will contemplate on the life of Jesus, the son of God,who had to borrow the womb of Mary to be incarnated as a man. Jesus was conceived in the borrowed womb of Virgin Mary, took birth in some unknown person's manger. Through his foster father Joseph,he borrowed the title of a carpenter.

Once during the public ministry being filled with compassion, a desire arose in him to satisfy the hunger of five thousand people. But, our Lord, who had no bread in his hand, borrowed five loaves of bread from a boy and comforted the people.

Dear Ones, from where did the donkey come, which the Lord used for his triumphant journey to Jerusalem? Indeed, it was also a borrowed one.
When he realized that it was time for him to submit his life  to his Father, Jesus borrowed a house to eat the last supper along with his disciples. Even though he was divine,he did not think that he should try to become equal with God.

"You know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; rich as he was, he made himself poor for your sake,in order to make you rich by means of his poverty. (2 Cor 8:9)

" Jesus said to him, "Foxes have their holes, and birds their nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lie down and rest." (Luke 9: 58)

What more to say dear ones, even the dead body of Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb. Without imposing any authority, having gloriously resurrected the Lord says, "I was dead but now I am alive forever more."

Lord Jesus always strove against the selfish ambitions of human beings to make everything His own.
The one who wants to posses everything, that their eyes see and keep imposing authority on everything touched by others are the very ones who create discomfort and dissatisfaction everywhere.

Through his life Lord Jesus reminds us that by establishing peace and obtaining goodness, that if you want your life to be sacred, you should be unselfish and always mindful of your own business.

"Instead of this,of his own free will he gave up all he had, and took the nature of a servant. He became like man and appeared in human likeness. He was humble and walked the path of obedience all the way to death--- his death on the cross. For this reason God raised him to the highest place above and gave him the name that is greater than any other name." (Phil 2:7-9)

                                                      Prayer For Deliverance:
O! Jesus who loves me constantly and corrects me  at the right time, I offer to you my bad and ill-mannered habits and habituated sins that make me restless. Sprinkle your Precious Blood  and deliver me from my evil habits. Set me free from all problems and sicknesses which are there for generations. Amen.

" Heart of Jesus obedient unto death, make my heart unto Thine."
