TIDINGS OF COMFORT INVITES

“Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give rest.”  (Matthew 28-11).

A great comforting invitation awaits us, as Lord Jesus welcomes to His regal rule and directs us to His way of life, which assures the seal of comfort and contentment. He offers us a resting place to unload our tiredness; while we rest in His shade. The rest signifies being refreshed or revived.

It is not that your burdens and weariness will be taken away for good, but when you join the Lord, He will strengthen you to bear daily burdens and through His true and proper guidance you will be able to wade through the troubled waters of life; delighting your heart with His Peace and joy.

St. Paul narrates, “We can do all things in Christ who strengthens us.”

So instead of waiting, wasting your precious lifetime, practice surrendering your life and its ways to His powerful arms with absolute trust.

Dedicating some time to surrender and submission of your life, will give you a new perspective towards the journey of life all the while reminding you that each new day comes with its share of joy and sorrows. You will experience the presence of the Lord carrying you on His shoulder through the right path all the while travelling towards our inheritance.

Each dawn our Lord blesses us bestowing with His new love and everlasting mercy; while His teaching enlightens us with new knowledge and experiences. It is wise to walk with the Divine Teacher, learn His words of Love and follow His footsteps.

His wide open heart, which is the source of all consolation and His powerful stretched arms, invites each one individually to liberate us from the burden of guilt, oppression of sins and hurtfulness.

Lord Jesus is the only one redeemer given by our Almighty father who can abolish the burden of our sins and the overweight of hopelessness.  He gladly exchanges our heavy burdens and despair to his glorious grace and mysterious freedom, because He bruised for our sins.

So devotees of Christ, regard this as the right time to respond to His invitation. Our ancestors who put their trust in Him escaped from danger , were never disappointed but saved by the Lord. God loved you so much that for your sake He willingly sent His begotten Son to take the human form and become like one of us. In fulfilment to His Father’s will, Christ came to redeem you and show the path to Heaven.

Dear loved ones, let us pause and meditate for a while the infinite goodness of our Supreme God, and the most simple and humble way of obedience. Lord Jesus made available Himself for our redemption.

Our Master’s journey to Calvary teaches us an important lesson- “Rise and Fall...repeatedly”.  A lesson we cannot tend to neglect. Similarly, when you fall under your burdens, you must rise and go forward with Him, so that when you rise again your shoulders will be lighter, as you let Him to reign and rule every area of your life.

A PRAYER

Sweet Heart of Jesus obedient unto death
and the victim for sinners,
grant me an obedient heart to
submit all I have at your feet and to take my cross
and follow you cheerfully till I inherit the
Kingdom of Heaven.

Christ Jesus my Lord I’m your servant,
be you my life.
Holy Mother of God, Queen of obedience ,
May the invitation of Christ your Son
be heard by all and seek his aid with you in this journey.

Thank you Father in Heaven,
Thank you Jesus,
Thank you Holy Spirit,
I worship and adore you the Triune God
with the Holy Mother, Queen of Nation.
Amen!

With loved filled blessings,

Your Sister in Christ
