VALOR OF VITAL TIDINGS

The Bible says, “But have reverence for Christ in your hearts, and honor Him as Lord.”      

 (1 Pet.3:15)

“Then the Lord God took some soil from the ground and formed a man out of it; He breathed life-giving breath into his nostrils and the man began to live.” (Gen. 2 :7)

Three steps have been mentioned in the story of Creation.

Scooping some mud into His hands, God might have added His own blood to mold the soil to dough and finally shape man to his form.

Secondly, He breathed into the nostrils, the air of life, which can be His Spirit. The Scriptures often symbolize the Holy Spirit as breeze.

Thirdly, it mentions that man began living as a dissimilar individual unlike God’s other creations.

While our body is a shell connected to the worldly functions, the

Soul is the source of our will and emotions and often termed as self-conscious. It also has the power to feel, understands and helps in decisions.

Above all the spirit within us is the part that relates to God and His Will and imbibe in us the Consciousness of God.

Holy Bible instructs us that Holy Spirit is the right of all.

“I will pour out my Spirit on everyone. Your sons and daughters will proclaim my message. Your young men will see visions and your old men will have dreams.” (Acts 2:17)

At a very young age, due to the faith of parents, Christians receive Holy Spirit through the sacrament of Baptism. It is evident that the spirit resides in every Christian.

But we need to ponder over the fact that if at all any importance is given to the infilling and inspiration of the Holy Spirit as we advance in age! This thought requires consideration.

The Holy Bible instructs us that instead of being satisfied by merely receiving the initial fruits, it is essential to pray fervently for the infilling of the Holy Spirit that leads to further growth.

As mentioned in the Holy Bible – “Streams of life giving water will flow and he would be transformed into a person who fulfills the Will of God.

But, will the Lord sent His Holy Spirit on the Gentiles?

Bible clearly states that “He shall shower the Holy Spirit on one and all.”

In the preaching of St. Peter, we learn that the faithful were astonished by the outpour of the Holy Spirit on the Gentiles.

“As he was preaching, all the Gentile listeners began to praise God by being filled with His Holy Spirit.” (Acts. 10:44)

To witness numerous youth being filled with the Spirit and Praising God is indeed a celestial sight. The witness of few of the many who wrote their experiences is being published;

·        With a desire to know Jesus, I came along with my sister and took part in this prayer. When I lifted my hands in praise to God, streams of tears started flowing from my eyes. The immense peace and tranquility which filled my heart is indescribable. Similarly, when I lifted my hands, the feeling that God held my hands, imparts great comfort. Today, there is not a single day, when I don’t speak personally with my Lord. Hearing the Word of God inspires me to rectify my errors and assist me to correct them, by leaving aside pain and sacrifice. Today, by the grace of God, I have been able to lead many to Jesus. Praise the Lord!

·        During prayer, I could feel the presence of Lord in the group and great joy and bountiful peace filled my heart. Lord Jesus banished my worries, tiredness and sleepiness and blessed me with the concentration which I lacked. Physical and mental strength, confidence and new hope overcame the weariness and gloominess in me.

·        During the praise, I received spiritual strength. In a vision the Lord showed me the Holy Bruises on His Body which was unbearable for me and tears began to flow. The experience made me a bright and cheerful person and enabled me to forgive everyone in His name. I gave all my hurt feelings to Lord and He filled me with His Mighty Power. I can assure you that Lord loves and glorifies the youth.

·        During the prayer, I was hesitant to lift my hands in praise. In a vision I saw Jesus walking and blessing everyone in our midst. A great light appeared and the whole place was shaken. Tears began to flow, my heart became light and I was blessed with the Gift of Praise and my faith increased in folds.

·        Fear of life ceased while praying. I was strengthened mentally, physically and spiritually during the Word of God. I was blessed with a vision in which I saw Jesus walking ahead and we all youth following Him. Praise the Lord.

·        Generally at the approach of exams, I was held captive by various illnesses like high fever, breathlessness and body swelling and often resulted in failure. Attending the youth prayer, I was gifted with Spiritual strength and Lord found me worthy to be anointed with His Holy Spirit and healed me from all my physical ailments. He inspired me to face my exams courageously. Thank You Lord! Praise You Lord!

·        I was attracted to the Prayer by the LWE 2000, magazine. Though being lazy and back in studies, good Lord granted astonishing results.

·        Having experienced many blessings, I began to move away from Lord. Unbearable backache again brought me to the prayer. The Lord called by my name and healed me. Again when I began to stray from my Lord, I was unable to eat anything properly. In my distress I reached out to the Lord on a Saturday prayer and again He called out my name and healed me. I glorify my Lord who follows me and endows me with Fatherly Love. Praise the Lord!

That day not a single person was left who had not experienced the Glory inherited from God by Jesus.  the Lord glorified all the 24 youth who had put aside their work and gathered together for prayer. It was an experience of the great Pentecost which would be etched in our memory. The Glorious Lord proved the depth of His love for the youth by fulfilling the promise of Holy Spirit.

Thus concluded a holiday which was spent blessed in the Lord’s presence in a fruitful manner.

We grieve the Holy Spirit that we have received by accepting the inspiration of sin, evil habits and selfish motives. We reject the advice of the Holy Spirit.

God protects us in His Divine Hand, yet we who enjoy His Protection, despises His very existence. It would be just like that of a child who lay safely in the womb of his mother, but mentions that there is no mother.

This is something that hurts our loving Father very deeply. Hence we ought to repent if we have grieved the Holy Spirit.

When King David was enslaved to his bodily desires, he lost his spiritual joy. In repentance he cried out to God:                     (Psalms 51:11)

“Lord, do not banish me from Your Presence;

Do not take away Your Holy Spirit from me.”

If sinful desires fear, depression and sorrows are hidden within us, then definitely we are not within the reign of the Holy Spirit. Instead we are in the ruled by the evil spirit which offer us only with momentary joy followed by sadness and fear.

It is our duty to protect the Holy Spirit by praying unceasingly and become submissive to His will by offering our life to God.

Through prayer and spiritual hard work, each one will be able to withdraw from evil deeds and progress towards the Holy Spirit.

This is meant by rebirth in Holy Spirit.

We all desire to do well but at times our deeds take a bad turn, which we ourselves despise. It is possible to gain victory in our deeds with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father Himself is the one who provides this gift in abundance to all who ask Him. Therefore, Rejoice in Him!

ETERNAL COVENANT

PART II

The Bible says, “The blood on the door-posts will be a sign to mark the houses in which you live. When I see the blood, I will pass over you and will not harm you.” (Exodus 12:13)

Job was a righteous man, blameless, upright and one who feared God and shunned evil.  (Job 1:1)

God made him a prosperous man - seven sons, three daughters and owned thousands of sheep, camel, ox and other possessions. He was called the greatest of all people in the East. (Job 1:3)

Though Job was affluent, he was concerned about the lifestyle of his children. His seven sons would take their turns holding feast in their homes and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them.

His heart was so troubled about their spiritual condition that when the day of feasting was over, he would rise early morning and offer burnt offering for each of his children.

For Job thought that-- it may be that one of them might have sinned and cursed God in their heart, and so he offered it regularly for the purification of his children.  (Job 1:7-10)

Here we see the obedience of a faithful man to the Law of Moses, who followed the instruction of God, on behalf of his family and descendants.

If anyone obeys the instruction- to cover you and your family with Lord’s Blood- God will surely honor your faith.

It is a spiritual example to be followed by one and all, so that the calamities will reduce and slowly our good God will honor you and bless your land.

In (Levi. 14:1-10), The Lord gave Moses the following regulations about the ritual purification of a person cured of a dreaded skin-disease. On the day he is to be pronounced clean, he shall be brought to the priest, and the priest shall take him outside the camp and examine him. If the disease is healed, the priest shall order two ritually clean birds to be brought together with a piece of cedar wood, a red cord and a sprig of hyssop. Then the priest shall order one of the birds to be killed over a clay bowl containing fresh spring water. He shall take the other bird and dip it, together with the cedar wood, the red cord and the hyssop in the blood of the bird that was killed. He shall sprinkle the blood seven times on the person who is to be purified from the skin-disease, and then he shall pronounce him clean. He shall let the live bird fly away over the open fields. The person shall wash his clothes, shave of all his hair, and have a bath; he will then be ritually clean. He may enter the camp, but he must live outside his tent for seven days. On the seventh day he shall again shave his beard, his eyebrows and all the rest of his hair on his body; he shall wash his clothes and have a bath, and then he will be ritually clean. 

In the above chapter of the Old Testament, leprosy refers to a variety of skin disease. It is also a symbol of sin.

The cleansing of a leper prefigured God’s further plan to cleanse all mankind from sin.

·        A leper to be cleansed was to be brought to the priest. The priest shall then order two ritually clean birds to be brought together with a piece of cedar wood, a red cord and a sprig of hyssop.

Each of these instructions reminds us the work of Christ for the remission of sin. In the New Testament, we see the priest going outside wall of Jerusalem to crucify Jesus Christ.

·        The symbol of two birds stands for the death and resurrection. Cedar wood and red cord points to the Cross and scarlet to his suffering.

·         The hyssop is a plant which is used in purification ceremonies. In Exodus 12:22 it says, “Take a sprig of hyssop, dip it in the bowl containing the animal’s  blood, and wipe the blood on the door-posts and the beam above the door of your house.” So in the new covenant sprig of hyssop symbolizes our faith, by which we pray “by faith in your merits…..”

·        “Then the priest shall order one of the birds to be killed over a clay bowl containing fresh spring water” When the first bird was killed the blood was caught in an earthen vessel with water in it which means that Christ shed his blood in an earthen vessel i.e. his human body. The priest took the living bird along with the cedar wood means Christ’s cross, the scarlet of his suffering.

·        The slain bird’s blood was mixed with the water in the earthen vessel signifying cleansing by the Word of God.

·        He shall take the other bird and dip it, together with the cedar wood, the red cord and the hyssop in the blood of the bird that was killed. He shall sprinkle the blood seven times on the person who is to be purified from the skin-disease, and then he shall pronounce him clean means after our sins are cleansed by the Blood, we will be able to witness the Resurrection in the living bird that is released.

“He shall let the live bird fly away over the open fields.”

·        Finally, the person may be permitted into the camp --- similarly, if you have been purified by the precious Blood of Christ, you are also worthy to enter the Kingdom of God.

This is just one example of how the Old Testament is a shadow of the New Covenant.

“So let no one make rules about what you eat or drink or about holy days or the New Moon Festival or the Sabbath. All such things are only a shadow of things in the future; the reality is Christ.” (Col. 2: 16-17)

ETERNAL COVENANT

We have already understood that God’s Word is the key to victory and freedom from bondage.

Prior to the first Passover, God commanded His loved ones to obey the above verse. God specifically instructed the Israelites to observe the Passover as an ordinance for you and your sons forever.

God never changed his mind in regards to the Blood Covenant with His people. The command was effective even after they reached their destination.

The Bible says, in Exodus 12:25 “when you enter the land that the Lord has promised to give you, you must perform this ritual.”

We being devotee of Christ, how much enthusiastically we ought to observe this command!

Our Loving Father replaced the blood of sheep and goats with the most perfect sacrifice ---“The Blood of His Son.”

By the same evidence we are to celebrate His Covenant forever. In ancient times the blood of an animal would protect a family, then, how much more can the Blood of Christ protect us now.

During my personal conversation with Lord and especially at times when we would be travelling, I had a practice of asking God to sprinkle His Precious Blood and protect me and everyone around. It is a practice that I initiated in our family prayer and handed down to my children who are also regular in the recitation.

During the preparation of the public services and for pray-over, it was my regular practice to surrender the crowd, the venue, and the surroundings to be covered with the precious blood of Jesus. It was through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, when I loyally obeyed, God proved the benefit of it.

During the initial stages of my mission, I was asked to pray for a lady, who was on her deathbed. Being new to the locality and unaware of anyone around, I was reluctant to step out and pray. Her relatives insisted that they had a dream that through my prayer she will be healed and that’s when they knocked on my door.

Still reluctant, I began to communicate with my Lord and in a divine vision the Holy Spirit flutter its wings, sprinkling blood on my head and saw a web being formed around me and my right hand became heavy. The Lord inspired me to go, bless her and come back.

As per the Holy Spirit’s consent, I went; prayed-over her and then the precious Blood of Jesus began to work against this evil and sickness. After few hours, she became conscious and doctors regained hope. Soon she was discharged within few days!! Alleluia!! Praise the Lord!!

People often confess and pray that “Jesus the Son of God, who died for our sins” even without realizing the deep value of it.

Do we really mean it?

IN 2 Cor. 4:13, Paul states that “I spoke because I believed.”

We have to believe deeply in the sacrifice. Jesus already made the sacrifice and shed the blood. When we strongly believe then we can speak about it to God in prayer. There is no magical formula other than having faith in Christ Jesus. Alleluia!!

The heights of our misfortunes are not reducing but are increasing immeasurably. By my own experience I can suggest few words which are easy and apt for daily life.

Eternal Father tells us to make use of all the benefits of the Cross of Jesus Christ to defeat your enemy  to gain protection, access, forgiveness, security in God’s grace, redemption, reconciliation, cleansing and sanctification and dwelling in God’s presence in Victory. Alleluia!

How often we forget the great love and care of God!

Let us surrender ourselves to our Heavenly Father who is the Holy Provider and pray:

I surrender my body and mind to you. O Lord! Cover me with your Precious Blood. I believe there is mighty power and protection in your blood. Cover my life partner, my children, my home, my vehicle, my cabin etc. and people around me. Let everyone be covered in your blood which is against all evil.  Thank You Jesus!

I trust in Your name and Power. Praise You! Adore You in union with Mother of Protectors and all the angels and St. Michael. Pray for me my guardian dear in Jesus name I pray to my Father in Heaven. Amen

It is wise to keep in mind that God supplies and it is the work of the human beings to fulfill and obtain the fruits.  God’s grace provides all the tools for our grand victory but the wisdom from the Word of God and obedience to the Holy Spirit helps us to apply the appropriate tools through our believing prayer.

The Word and the Blood work together.  When the anointed person says the Blood of Jesus works.  Praise the Lord!

When you apply the Blood of Jesus, God’s power descends alive and to act. Amen!

Satan makes every attempt to distract and evil disrupt in every act of   service, but the presence of unusual power of Lord accompanies and performs miracles to glorify God above. Praise the Lord.

Testimonies to glorify the Power of Lord Jesus’ Precious blood

·        While the whole crowd was lifting their hands and praising God as a family, I saw an unbelievable sight that the precious Blood dripping drop by drop from the Holy Wound of Lord Jesus. At the same time, respected Sister announced that “Lord is purifying and protecting all of you and the ground you stand by Jesus’ Holy Blood.”

How could I not proclaim God’s mercy and love granted to me by this mighty vision? O Jesus! I will proclaim your divine mercy forever! Amen!

·        In the month of Oct 1995, functioning of my tear glands had ceased. In this serious condition, artificial tears and many lubricant oils were applied. Due to this sickness, generally the cornea of the eye dries up and in most cases sight will be lost. Powerful medicines and famous doctors in entire Bombay had given up on me. All that I had refuge was in a bottle of eye drops from Belgium. Throughout the day, I would seek help and at night I called to the Lord with eyes devoid of tears.  Jesus the good Shepherd of His sheep showed the path Himself and came to me as the way. He led me to the KLWC, and as Sister’s faithful hand touched my head, she said, “God is replacing your tear glands with His Blood.” Suddenly, the eyes which had no tears for the past 4 months, filled and flowed in streams through my cheeks. Thanks be to God! I had the experience of being saved from the depth of death. In a manner that astonished the doctors too, the Lord healed and made me His witness. I offer thousands of praises! Also from the past 4 years, I could neither twist nor turn my neck nor could I lift my hands due to severe pain in the neck. All medical aids were temporary. Through the prayer service held on 9^th March 1996, I received total healing from this trouble. To make my faith firm footed, the Lord has showered numerous spiritual blessings in me. Beneath the right ear, there was a small lump. By revealing the sickness, Lord showered healing into me. The lump had totally disappeared. My Lord, My God! Forever I shall proclaim Your Glory. You are great and patient and abounding in love. Amen

PSALM 63

LONGING FOR GOD

O God, You are My God, and I long for You.

My whole being desires You;

Like a dry, worn-out, and water less land,

My soul is thirsty for You.

Let me see You in the sanctuary;

Let me see how mighty and glorious You are.

Your constant love is better than life itself,

And so I will praise You.

I will give You thanks as long as I live;

I will raise my hands to You in prayer.

My soul will feast and be satisfied,

And I will sing glad songs of praise to You.

As I lie in bed, I remember You;

All night long I think of You,

Because You have always been my help.

In the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy.

I cling to You and Your hands keep me safe.

Those who are trying to kill me

Will go down into the world of the dead.

They will be killed in battle,

And their bodies eaten by wolves.

Because God gives Him victory, the king will rejoice.

Those who make promises in God’s name will praise Him,

GOSPEL OF ST.JOHN

“Holy Father! Keep them safe by the power of Your name, the name You gave Me, so that they may be one just as You and I are one.” (John 17:11)

JESUS PRAYS FOR HIS DISCIPLES

After Jesus finished saying this, he looked up to Heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your Son, so that the Son may give glory to You. For you gave Him authority over all mankind, so that He might give eternal life to all those You gave Him. And eternal life means knowing You, the only true God, and knowing Jesus Christ whom you sent. I have shown your glory on earth; I have finished the work you gave me to do. Father! Give me glory in your presence now, the same glory I had with You before the world was made.

“I have made You known to those You gave me out of the world. They belonged to You, and You gave them to Me. They have obeyed Your word, and now they know that everything You gave me comes from You. I gave them the message that You gave Me, and they received it; they know that it is true that I came from You, and they believe that You sent Me.”

“I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those you gave me, for they belong to You. All I have is Yours, and all You have is Mine; and my glory is shown through them. And now I am coming to You; I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world. Holy Father! Keep them safe by the power of  Your name, the name You gave Me, so that they may be one just as You and I are one. While I was with them, I kept them safe by the power of Your name, the name You gave Me. I protected them, and not one of them was lost except the man who was bound to be lost---so that the scripture might come true. And now I am coming to You, and I say these things in the world so that they might have My joy in their hearts in all its fullness. I gave them Your message, and the world hated them, because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world.  I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but I do ask You to keep them safe from the Evil One. Just as I do not belong to the world, they do not belong to the world. Dedicate them to Yourself by means of the truth; Your word is truth. I sent them into the world, just as You sent me into the world. And for their sake I dedicate myself to You, in order that they, too, may be truly dedicated to You.”

“I pray not only for them, but also for those who believe in Me because of their message. I pray that they may all be one. Father! May they be in Us, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they be one, so that the world will believe that You sent Me. I gave them the same glory , You gave Me, so that they may be one, just as You and I are one: I in them and You in Me, so that they may be completely one , in order that the world may know that You sent Me and that You love them as You love Me.

Father! You have given them to Me and I want them to be with Me where I am, so that they may see my glory, the glory You gave Me; for You loved Me  before the world was made. The world does not know You, but I know You, and these know that You sent Me. I made you known to them, and I will continue to do so, in order that the love You have for Me, maybe in them and so that I also may be in them.” (John 17)

This is the Word of the Lord

REPENT- YOU SHALL LIVE

However, as the Scripture says, “What no one ever saw or heard, what no one ever thought could happen, is the very thing that God prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor. 2:9)

Our Holy Bible says that Jesus have come in order that you may have life.

Since you have truly accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you belong to His Family Tree.

We all know that the branches have to stay together with the tree to produce its fruits.  You may notice that the branches need not have much effort. It has to just hold the fruit.

Similarly, when you are united with Lord Jesus, he tells you to just carry the fruits and gifts, and give it away. Everybody dreams for a fruitful life.

When we produce life-giving fruit and share it with other people, we obtain incomparable contentment and deep joy within. It is our beloved Father’s dream that we shall all come together and grow in Jesus as  mature people, reaching to the very height of Christ’ full stature.

How can we fulfill our Father’s dream?

There was a time in my life when faith was followed as a dedicated ritualism. The rules and intellectual pattern of life were imprinted on my brain. The fulfillment of the rituals was followed traditionally as an example to my family.  As a schedule of my busy life loaded with night duties, upbringing of my children and home management there was no time for a refreshed sleep or any other leisure.  Years passed, and with the hectic schedule taking a load on my health, I ended up with a severe spinal ailment and my decayed body was thrown to the hands of surgeons.

Thanks be to God!  As how He divided the day from night, changes occurred in my life too. Due to the sickness I was subjected to experience the Lord’s work in my life.

My intellectual faith began to give way to a much renowned spiritual growth which transformed and inspired me to see Jesus, as a constant companion in my sickness and loneliness and place him in the center of my heart.  Lord Jesus transformed and enlightened me to see my faith in a more lively manner and I was able to take a stern decision to grow in His Knowledge and power. 

“Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with Him. Keep your roots deep in Him, build your lives on Him and become stronger in your faith, as you were taught. And be filled with thanksgiving.” (Col 2: 6-7)

I began to converse with the Lord as a close person and began to relax myself in him as He caressed and fondled me. All my worries regarding the illness, losing a high paid job, returning to India with unfulfilled plans, anxiety of my children’s future took a backseat, I felt as light as if I was in the air. Every moment I silently pleaded Him to anoint me with his power and Spirit. I wanted Him to teach me, guide and to have self control over my life so that I could love and accept everyone. 

The inspiration by the Divine Lord led me to the Bible more often.  I began to read it faithfully and memorize it, noting down the daily message and making a small prayer out of it. From one sentence, I proceeded to memorize five verses a day. Doing this helped me to obey the Word of God too. The hours I spend with the Holy Scriptures rejuvenated me and it assisted me to listen to the inner voice by paying keen attention to the Lord.

I experienced the anointment of the Holy Spirit in different forms like, the feel of His mighty power pouring through my body, and sometimes in the form of a cool and warm breeze. There were times when I experienced passing currant and infilling of some fluid in my spine. I truly experienced a spiritual warfare within me.

Exactly by 104 days of my residing in the proximity of my Lord and with my sincere co-operation, I was promoted to his discipleship. Praise the Lord!!

From being His mere ritual follower I was transformed to be His chosen one, to spread His message and deliver the ones in darkness.

As how the Lord fed those five thousand people, who stayed and spend days with hunger and thirst, for life giving Word of God, He will quench the people who are hungry and thirsty for healing and deliverance. 

Our beloved Father wishes everyone to be saved and come to know the truth.

Whoever is being attracted by Almighty God through Jesus Christ brought to me was unaided.  

Glory and Honor to the Blessed Trinity!!! Amen!!

 Let’s go through a testimony from a couple:

My husband and I set out to Bombay with a desire to go abroad. We started a business and flourished. With the thought that a little bit of alcohol will surely help to develop better appetite and relax the weariness of the body, I inculcated this habit which later piled up disasters for me. Distraction over distraction, anxiety over sickness lined up.  Debts and poverty became close associate of mine. Having received the stamp of being a sick woman, I took refuge on bed. Unbearable breathlessness, chest pain, body ache, heaviness and weakness of the body often crippled me. Sorrow, depression, pent up anger occupied my heart.

Externally and Internally I was subjected to all failures which were the consequences of my evil deeds. Relatives and friends drifted apart. It was at this instance that the thought to end my life crossed my mind.

At the time of drowning, one clings to any blade of green grass which comes in sight.

So also, accompanied by my husband we came to attend the prayer service. The Holy Words spoken there seemed to be specially prepared and served for me.

The comforting words greatly fondled me. It infused a great change in my life. I also participated in the special pray-over for the sick.  From a couple of years, I was troubled by a certain burden impinging in my heart, but as sister placed her hand over me, all my heaviness and uneasiness reduced. I was totally absorbed in this experience.

Dear faithful ones,  All sickness evident on my body vanished and I received sound health and awakens of mind. My miraculous change astonished everyone.

I had great anger and hatred towards my husband. The thought of self-superiority subsided in me.  My husband was blessed with self-control and the luster of bad habits dimmed down.

We experienced the Love of God through single prayer itself.

He gave back the job, good health and spiritual peace blossomed. Daily Bible reading and family prayer along with proper observance of sacramental life were gained. Bad word, bad songs, were replaced by spiritual songs and psalms on my lips. Mighty progress was observed in my children’s studies and attitude. Here my husband too glorifies the name of the Lord.

Dear Ones, not a single organ in my body was free from illness and I fall short of words to describe my state of depression and heaviness. Numerous inhuman traces flung in me. But the words of the Savior Jesus lead me towards the truth. I realized that I had already received all the fruits of having destroyed my body -the temple of God.

As I reconciled my waywardness, my mind and body hurriedly moved towards my Heavenly Father, when I realized the meaning of unconditional love of the God. Mighty blessing of repentance filled in me. The evil of alcoholism lingering from past 35 years drifted apart. It was obtained only with the true help of my Savior and the heart rending prayer of KLWC which set me free from Satan’s slavery. Alleluia! Glory to God! Alleluia!! Thank You Jesus. 

Accompany of alcohol like smoking and other bad practices departed one after another. In the awakeness of the Holy Spirit I began to put into practice joy, peace, compassion and other godly virtues.

Today we belong to God and He alone is our Lord.

Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. He, who follows me, shall never walk in darkness. He will have the light of eternal life.”

This light of immense love reduced to ashes all my sins and saved our life from death. We pray that by His eternal mercy our good Lord may set all free. O my Lord, may this experience lead other shattered families to Salvation. Praise the Lord! Amen!         (Feb-March 1996 edition of LWE 2000)
